Shipping & Returns




1.    All items are shipped via Australia Post. If your part is not in stock, it will be ordered immediately and you will be advised of any delay.  After we receive your order, you should receive your part in 4-7 days, dependent on location although delivery is often much less.

2.    We are a global distributor and ship to over 90% of countries however, we reserve the right to refuse to ship to some countries.

3.    We are unable to ship certain volatile items (such as batteries) due to standard shipping methods.

4.    We will do our best to minimize import duties and fees imposed for international shipping however, any fee incurred are the responsibility of the customer.  Please let us know if you have specific requests for your customs paperwork and we will consider.

5.    We are currently shipping Monday, Wednesday and Fridays




1.    Please order carefully.  We have attempted to provide very clear descriptions on our website but if you have questions (such as what is included or whether a part will suit your bike, etc.), please contact us before ordering.

2.    Carefully check your order upon receipt and notify us within seven (7) days of any problems.

3.    We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received them within seven (7) days of receipt. A return charge of 15% we be charged for returned orders.

4.    If we have shipped the correct part, you will pay for shipping back to us and the amount we refund will be less our shipping charges. Please note, you may still be liable for import duties, even if you do not keep the part.  This will depend on your country.

5.    If we make a mistake and send you the wrong part, we will correct our mistake as quickly as possible.  Our aim will be to ship the correct part and pay for the original part back to be shipped back to us using the least expensive method.

6.    Please report broken or damaged items to your local postal service but also let us know.
